We support this planning application. The proposed development will provide 6 independent dwellings in an otherwise underutilised space, whilst having a minimal visual impact on from the ring road due to the topography of the site.

Infill development like this is a sustainable way to increase density in existing urban areas. Development of this type should form a part of the City Council’s strategy to increase density and provide more housing in city and district centres.
