What's on

One of Methodism’s finest neo-gothic church buildings and Oxford’s first winner of the coveted Gold Eco Church award from A Rocha UK.

Why not make 2025 the year to step inside and experience Wesley Memorial’s unique atmosphere? If you have never been before you are in for a treat! Gothic in style, it has beautiful stained glass and stonework yet feels comfortable and relaxed. A stunning heritage atrium now connects the 1878 church to its adjacent halls, home of the much-loved toddler play café, Rainbow House.

No booking required. Occasional musical interludes.

Ever wondered what it is like to fill a church with the unique sound of a pipe organ? In collaboration with the Royal Society of Organist’s Play the Organ Scheme , we are giving visitors the opportunity to play ours, assisted by our church organist. First come, first served between 10.30 and 12 only. A time limit of 10 minutes may apply according to demand. No experience necessary. What’s ‘stopping’ you!
