Come and see what a working Fire Station looks like, with real Firefighters and big red trucks, plus lots more surprises too!

Rewley Road fire station is the biggest fire station in Oxfordshire, we are pleased to invite members of the public to our upcoming Open Doors Day— an engaging and informative event offering a rare opportunity to explore behind the scenes of a working fire station. Come and see our brand-new fire trucks and have a ride in the hydraulic platform and see Oxford city like you have never seen it before, from 30m in the air! There will be numerous demonstrations including car crashes and house fires, not only that, but there will be plenty for the kids to do to with a “soak the firefighter” stand and hide and seek with Drago the dragon! There will of course be the obligatory BBQ and refreshments stand. We here at Rewley Road fire station cannot wait to welcome you through our open doors!
