Over the Open Doors weekend the OPT team will be at our hub in the castleyard. We will have printed programmes so do come and say hello if you’d like to have a chat about Open Doors or any of our other projects! This will also be the starting point for some walks including Forgotten Stories of Oxford with Rawz, Getting Medieval: An Uncomfortable Oxford Tour, and the Oxford Guild of Tour Guides – City Walking Tour.

Across the weekend there will be lots of activities to watch and get involved with including Craft Skills with Cliveden Conservation, Stone Carving and silk screen printing with Mani at Ready, Steady, Print!

On Sunday, Cowley Classic Cars will be on display to a backdrop of music from Ghaetta Medieval Band and on Saturday the City of Oxford Silver Band will perform. And don’t forget the permanent fixtures of Oxford Castle & Prison and the Castle Mound will also be open for drop-in!
