Bartlemas Lane has a long history of construction works obstructing the narrow lane. The provision of a Construction & Traffic Management Plan would help to manage the impact of construction vehicles on the lane and mitigate any potential impacts caused by the proposed works. We strongly recommend that the provision of a Construction & Traffic Management Plan is conditioned in the event of any consent being granted.
