We support this planning application. While demolition should only be used as a last resort, this application proposes to deliver an additional 7 dwellings on the small urban site. Infill developments of this nature help to alleviate Oxford’s housing need whilst maximising the effective use of brownfield sites. The proposed two storey pitched roof buildings and their brick and slate materials are sensitive to their wider character area and will increase density.
