Our Response:

August 2025

We object to this application.  54 Rose Hill dating from around the early 19th century along with neighbouring Rosemount form part of the few remaining historic buildings within the Rose Hill area.  Although the property is not a designated heritage asset it is a shame that a more sympathetic scheme has not been proposed which preserves and enhances the historic features of the building.

We encourage the applicants to reconsider their proposals and put forward a more sensitive scheme.
