We support this planning application. This redevelopment proposes to retain early 20th century former bank building and to infill the rear portion of the site to create 5 additional dwellings and refurbish 3 existing. We support the retention of the former bank building and its sensitive incorporation into the design. The retention of its commercial use along Banbury Road will maintain the activation of the edge benefitting the public realm.
