Wick Farm Well House and Historic Barn - Wick Farm Well House and Historic Barn - Saturday 11th September - 10am - 4pm
For this year’s Oxford Open Doors, Christ Church and Dorchester Residential Management are opening up historic buildings at Wick Farm near Barton.
We will have a heritage specialist on site to talk visitors through the history of the Grade II* listed Well House dating to the late C17th/early C18th and the mid/late C18th Grade II Wick Farmhouse Barn.
This will be the first time these buildings have been open to the public.
Coffee will be available along with a chance to discuss Christ Church and Dorchester’s ideas for bringing the buildings back to life as the centrepiece of proposals for new homes.
OPT encourages all visitors to Oxford Open Doors to continue to work together to reduce the risk of spread and transmission of COVID-19 ensuring that you, the staff and volunteers who welcome you, and other visitors stay safe.
Although there are no statutory guidelines at present, please keep safe by:
- Maintaining good hygiene – wash your hands regularly and use hand sanitiser where no hand washing facilities are available.
- Maintaining social distancing.
- Showing consideration and sensitivity to others.
- Being prepared to wear a face covering at indoor venues.
If you begin to show COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19, please do not attend.
Please be aware that individual venues may have additional Covid-19 safety guidelines which you will be required to follow when visiting.
*Be prepared and ensure you have a face covering and hand sanitiser with you during your visits.*
Many thanks for your cooperation.
