Alex Wenham (www.alexwenham.co.uk) is a prizewinning stone carver specialising in architectural stone carving restoration and conservation.  He has worked on stone buildings of every century from the 11th to the 21st, and has provided carved detail for some of the most prestigious buildings of both the UK and France (where he lived for 8 years) — including the Houses of Parliament, St Paul’s Cathedral, Chartres Cathedral, the Louvre, Château de Versailles, Brighton Pavilion, Magdalen College Oxford.

He will open his workshop in Cumnor for visits to discuss his work and architectural stone carving in general.
