Entries for the OPT Awards 2021 are now CLOSED

Each year, the OPT Awards celebrate the contribution that buildings and environmental projects can make to Oxford’s character, its streets and its green spaces. From exceptional new buildings to the highest quality conservation of the existing, through to temporary installations - all can help to bring our city to life.

This year we have received 60 entries for the OPT Awards - a record number!  Our Judging Panel are now busy visiting all the entries in and around the city and look forward to celebrating the winners later in the year at a fantastic Awards Evening at St John’s College.

At last year’s OPT Awards ‘in lockdown’, OPT were joined online by over 200 guests from across Town and Gown. Plaques and certificates were awarded, together with our new Green Award – which was presented by special guest Cllr Tom Hayes, Cabinet Member for Green Transport and Zero Carbon Oxford. All entries will be considered for the Green Award again this year and we cannot wait to see who wins.
