Now that 6 people can meet outdoors we are expecting to see increased use of our green spaces. We are therefore very grateful to the Peking University HSBC Business School who have agreed to provide temporary free weekend parking at Boars Hill (please follow the signs).
Open green space is essential for our health and wellbeing, and we are delighted that more people than ever are now out and about enjoying OPT land. With our commitment to the green agenda, OPT have no car parks, so why not take a cycle ride or a long walk. Help us to keep our environment, our wildlife and you safe by considering a visit outside likely peak times. All our green spaces are open.
Wide, open pasture land with an important role to play in maintaining the landscape setting of Oxford and its dreaming spires
When in 2005 Chilswell Farm came on the market, OPT was able to acquire five more fields adjoining the Old Berkeley Golf Course, thanks to support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, local charitable trusts and some key individuals. It was important to secure the land and protect the landscape setting of Oxford and its dreaming spires.
