Oxford Open Doors

Sharing our knowledge and passion for Oxford’s heritage is in the hearts of everyone involved with the Trust. Our work with schools allows young people to connect with their city in informal, entertaining and creative ways – from making Oxford Marmalade with Frank Cooper to performing music in unusual venues. Oxford Castle Unlocked has a full-time Learning and Access Officer thanks to our partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, and our Opening Doors Opening Minds project has been a huge success. Working in partnership with the University of Oxford, the Trust has established Oxford Open Doors, when the City opens on one weekend of the year across college and town.
